Stockholm Chamber Brass and music by four women: Britta Byström's "Inferno" revolves around the work and character of August Strindberg, "Lingua ignota" about the music and poetry of Hildegard von Bingen and her self-invented language. Karin Rehnquist is the first woman to be appointed to a chair of composition. Cathy Milliken is co-founder of the Ensemble Modern and a sought-after soloist on the oboe.
